Progress Spring 2026
Spring 2026 has seen real progress on site and we are delighted to share with you the below drone photo.
45 plots are currently being built, substructures are 50% complete and 1/3 of all roofs have been installed.
We are also pleased to report that 80% of infrastructure/roads and services have been installed, with the site now serviced by electric, water, gas and BT.
We take pride in our appearance. To help with this we have installed a wheel wash, increased road dampening to twice daily in the hot weather to reduce dust, and ensure our landscaped areas are watered daily, with road sweeps still ongoing incase of any rain and to keep the roads clean. The photo below shows our landscaped entrance to the site.
Sales Launch
The end of May saw our sales launch. Senior Site Manager Kallum and his assistant Rueben (pictured below) were on hand to welcome prospective purchasers along with our sales team.
Our sales suite is open 9am - 5pm Thursday to Monday and we look forward to welcoming new residents to Highwoods View over the coming months.
Summer 2026
Over the summer months we will be concentrating on continuing out our build and getting into contract with our housing association partner, whilst also welcoming our first residents and commissioning the pumping station.
