December 2025 - February 2026
The last 3 months has seen great progress on site, despite the awful weather conditions. We focused on:
- Our first piling visit, with ring beams being built currently
- Completing roof structures to the 3 show homes
- The installation of more attenuation tanks
- Installing more deep drainage
- The formation of all of the attenuation ponds
- The installation of our first section of mains services
- Installing the hyper optic Kiosk for the site
- Completing the base tarmac course on the main spine road

Additional measures taken during bad weather
The first couple of months of 2026 have been particularly awful with considerable rainfall. We have been mindful to minimise mud transfer from our site and be a good neighbour. As such we:
- Stood down the movement of plant to avoid unnecessary mud
- Laid on additional road sweeps on Turkey Road
- Purchased an on site road sweeper attachment to regularly sweep the site in between the main road sweeping visits
- Installed boot washes to minimise mud transfer from foot traffic
- Installed tarmac waiting areas on site to minimise traffic at the site entrance
- Installed more silt management measures
In addition to the above, we arranged for the beginning of March to have a wheel bath installed on site, in addition to the existing jet wash measures.
Programme - March 2026 to May 2026
Over the next few months we will be concentrating on:
- Launching the show homes
- Opening up the sales area and surrounding areas to the public
- Completing the superstructures to plots behind the show homes
- Completing the Foul/Storm Pumping station as well as off site connections
- Finishing the base course tarmac to the majority of the roads on site
- Welcoming our first customer occupations at Highwoods View
